Krishna's Herbal & Ayurveda's Swarnaprashan is an ancient Ayurvedic practice of administering pure gold bhasma to kids to make them stronger. Krishna’s Swarnaprashan can be given to kids aged between 0 to 16 years. It is prepared with swarna bhasma (gold ash) and every 10 grams contains 30 mg of swarna bhasma. Swarnaprashan is prepared by mixing swarna bhasma with honey and Brahmi ghrit or ghee. Brahmi Ghrit contains Brahmi, Dantimool, Shankhpushpi, Amaltas, Sonth, Shikakai, Mariach, Vaividang, Pipali, Nishoth Kali, and Nishoth.
