Darul Adviya Unani, founded by Maulvi Hakim Sanaullah Saheb Marhoom, is a respected Hakim in Eastern U.P. They began manufacturing Unani Medicines, including Roghan Surkh for muscular pain and joint pain. Their son, Maulavi Mohd Umar, founded Shamshul Hikmat in 1939 and produced over 100 Unani products, including the famous Noorani Tel. In 1960, Mohd. Ajmal modernized the unit and improved marketing.
